AI Engineer

Responsibilities

● Build, test, and improve AI/ML models with a focus on real-world applications.

● Work with LLM and prompts to make sure the LLM produces expected output.

● Optimize LLM capability with RAG, context, and memory.

● Evaluate model performance and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, speed, and reliability.

● Preprocess different sources of data for model training and fine-tuning.

● Collaborate with a small, focused Agile Team.

● Communicate with team members and stakeholders to make sure the development work stays on track.

Requirements

● Computer Science or related field major.

● Knowledgeable in Agentic AI development.

● Understanding LLM fundamentals and vector databases.

● Demonstrated proficiency in English language (written and oral communication).

● Experience with modern AI frameworks and tools.

● Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing AI technology environment.
