Mô tả công việc

– Prepare monthly payroll include salary, bonus, benefits and KPI for employees.
– In charge of works on: social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, labor report, … including internally and working with state management agencies.
– In charge of personal income tax, personal income tax finalization for employees.
– Labor contract management: confirm, sign new, renew… Labor contracts
– Store salary records, related documents to salary.
– Update legal regulations on regimes, salaries, policies… to promptly supplement and correct Company s policies.
– Perform other related duties as assigned by HR Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: University Degree in HR management or Business administration
Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a C&B specialist in manufacturing companies and factories.
Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes:
• Good ability in applying labor law to the company s welfare policy, regularly updating this information.
• Proficient in advanced functions in Excel
• Ability to receive, analyze and process data.
• Good memory, careful and meticulous in work.
• Able to use and communicate in English is an advance.
