JOB DESCRIPTION
• Prepare full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities (MISA accounting software).
• Manage financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, purchasing and stock, coordinating the collection, control debtors aging, manage cash flow, payables and budget.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing and reporting.
• Prepare and validate cash receipts and payments, issuance of cheques, TTs and other form of remittances.
• Handle petty cash- verify staff expenses and claims and any office administrative matters.
• To ensure & submission of VAT, CIT reports timely.
• Liaise with tax authority and other statutory bodies and ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Perform other duties as and when required by Management and Finance & Accounts Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Diploma.
• At least 3 years’ working experience in similar position and able to work under tight deadline.
• Must be able to multitask, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to speak and write English effectively.
• Possess good problem-solving skills and able to liaise with a team of dedicated co-workers.
