MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
We are looking for IT Recruiter:
– Sourcing and attracting candidates to headhunt potential candidate by using databases, social media and other various channels base on recruitment needs
– Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates
– Update candidate database
– Screen resumes for Interview
– Arrange & follow up on interviews and English tests
– Other tasks required by HR Manager/ Team Lead.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
– Bachelor Degree
– Enjoy working in recruitment field and commit to work long term
– Good communication, presentation and problem solving skills
– Good organizational skill
– Ability to work under high pressure and build up good internal and external relationships
– Recruitment experience.
