MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
7LAB at 7-Eleven Viet Nam is seeking a Junior QA Engineer to join our journey in developing the digital experience of convenience commerce.

– 7LAB is the department that has been developing the digital layer for 7-Eleven Vietnam since 2015. Which includes the entire retail chain management system and the digital platform – enabling the digital experience of convenience commerce.
You’ll be responsible for:
– Design, implement and update test cases for 7-Eleven VN Retail System. Eg: the Store Computer, 7REWARDS app
– Responsible for writing a test plan, performing tests to ensure the quality of each release
– Managing the cycle of arising and ending of defects/bugs
– Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
– Join the process of writing user guide/user support and every time develop a new function
– Responsible for providing support, finding the root cause in case the end-user faces system errors.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
Having these requirements will be your advantage
– Graduated from Information Technology or Computer science or related fields.
– 0 – 2 years of experience working in software testing.
– Knowledge of software testing, especially in testing techniques and testing methodologies
– Good skill in writing test cases.
– Having knowledge of Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies is a plus.
