VỊ TRÍ: ENGLISH TEACHER
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
– Responsible for helping the trainees understand English, speak and be able to write and read it
– The English Teacher will be responsible for planning, organizing, conducting and reporting English learning progress of all learners
– On top of this, the English Teacher will also have to arrange any extracurricular activities and set targets for trainees
– Advising trainees on learning method
– Organizing and delivering classroom lectures to trainees
– Evaluating a trainees’ class work and assignments
– Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts
– Recording and maintain accurate trainee attendance records and grades
– Classroom management
– Developing English lesson plans in line with the technical requirement of the trainees’ positions
– Maintaining discipline in the classroom
– Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere
– Cooperate with other HR members to fulfill the HR tasks
– Liaise with respective HODs for monthly training plan and training record
– Submit regular training report to HRM
– Orientation conducting
– Others as per assignment from time to time from Management Board.
QUYỀN LỢI ĐƯỢC HƯỞNG:
– Basic Salary + Service charge
– Working week: 6 days in a week (Monday to Saturday)
– Holidays: Public holidays and vacation per Vietnamese Labor Law.

– Ability to work in stressful situations and under pressure
– Good listening skills
– Planning and organizational skills
– Patience, creative.
