VỊ TRÍ: FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager
Job Responsibilities
1. Financial
– Ensure that the Departmental Operations Budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled
2. Administration
– Attend meetings and briefing with other Department Head as determined by Food and Beverage Manager.
– Assist Food and Beverage Manager in compiling and preparing departmental report, correspondence and other relative works
3. Employee handling
– Ensure all employees report for work punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times
– Assist in the building of an efficient service team
– Conduct departmental training and ongoing basis as outlined by departmental policies and procedure
– Ensure that all staff are well – trained to the existing Standard Operational Procedure
– Supervise staff efficiently and ensure the maximum performance and productivity
– Ensure that all staff are adhered to the staff hand book
– Ensure that all staff provides a courteous and professional service at all time
– Co-operate and communicate with other departments in the hotel – related matters
– Implement new departmental policies and procedures as determined by Food and Beverage Manager
– Assist in controlling and minimizing over time within the department
General Operational Duties
– Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance in all FB outlets
– Minimize wastage and breakages of all equipment and supplies and respect the hotel properties
– Ensure the FB outlets are rostered with the correct staffing level in accordance with expected business levels
– Continuously checking all preparation and table set up in all FB outlets before service time
– Liaise with other supervisors to coordinate an excellence operation between all FB outlets
– Ensure that the guests receive an excellence service and presentation
– Take initiative action in handling any operational problems in FB outlets
– Encourage good communication between the service team
– Develop and improve staff knowledge by conducting training determined by HRM
– Other duties are directed by the general manager or designated department head.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience
– Exellent oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
– Highly self-motivated
– Team player.
LANGUAGES: Exellent English and Vietnamese
