QA LEAD

VỊ TRÍ: QA LEAD
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
– Collaborate with PO and BA to assess development plans and identify test coverage requirements
– Manage project database, workflow, bug entry, and regression
– Define test standards and reporting daily/weekly for all features
– Supervise and facilitate work between team members
– Mentor and empower testers by providing ownership opportunities
– Present and demo the QA progress after each sprint to the project team and business
– Lead the QA efforts for sprint planning, writing test cases and test execution for each sprint.
YÊU CẦU:
Required skills/Experience:
– Experienced in Website (Frontend and Backend) testing
– Experienced in the agile development process
– Solid people and time management with emphasis on prioritization and multi-tasking
– Ability to address situations from a project impact perspective
– Problem-solver who can simplify and resolve issues quickly
– Proven knowledge of QA methodologies, workflow, and procedures
– Must be able to communicate with the business and development team on a daily basis (daily stand ups)
– Coordinate / collaborate automation solutions (Selenium experience preferred)
– SQL/ Data experience
– Years of experiences: 5
