JOB POSITION: ADMIN LOGISTIC
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Supporting on the procedure of business trips for FPT Software employees (such as finance
– processing for advance payment, visa for oversea, air ticket booking, accommodation booking…).
– Following up on advance payment, expense payment (for a business trip)
– Supporting to apply for the outbound visa; working visa; residence permits and others required licenses for Expats working in the Head Office
– Other assignments from the Line Manager/Teamlead
– Supporting Finance Department about onsite working paperwork such as advance payment, billing…
JOB QUALIFICATION:
– Bachelor degree or equivalent
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Proficient in MS Office (strong outlook)

– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Toeic score: >600.
