JOB POSITION: IT RECRUITER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Make the recruitment plan, follow and execute this plan
– Management/ implementation of tasks related to recruitment activities for the departments of the company
– Select/ implement the recruitment form (advertising, posting on job boards, facebook, linkedin…) in term of lowest cost- highest efficiency
– Carry out organizing recruitment events at universities, colleges, training centers, and HR consultants
– Support to the HR team for Internal Event (company birthday, monthly member birthday, team building, company trip, sport activities, holidays, seminars…)
– Coordinate and follow internal training
– Other duties as assigned by manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Your Skills and Experience:
– Have experience in Recruiting
– Experience in Marketing or Event Planner is a plus
– Experience in human resources management is a plus
– Strong familiarity with community activities, social networking sites and job boards
– Precise and accurate working method, good time management and teamwork
– Excellent problem solving skills
– Enthusiastic, active, hardworking and creative mindset.
