MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
– To be a main actor in the Check in and Check out process and will be available to help the guest in any of his request
– To create an impression of efficiency, friendliness and warmth to the guest in term of appearance, attitude and professionalism
– To handle all incoming calls, logging, guest messages and facsimiles
– To follow the supervisors’ instructions, particularly, following up the guests requests
– To ensure that all Check in and Check out made by her/his own fully completed, correct and in line with the standards
– To be attentive on all information received during the different briefings, read the logbook at the beginning of shift, report quickly any problem or question to supervisor
– To take care VIP guest arriving at the Front Desk and ensure that Check in smoothly and efficiently as standard
– To complete and submit the immigration registration as hotel policy.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
– Graduated from a university or a Hotel Management school
– Very good communication skills in English & Vietnamese
– Willing to help people and learn from others
– Careful and pay attention to details
– Being passionate at work.
