VỊ TRÍ: RECEPTIONIST – NHÂN VIÊN LỄ TÂN
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
– Be the the first impression and important look represent for Mango Bay resort. To make the guests happy and comfortable by warming
welcoming, providing services and communicating with them
– To welcome, do check in, check out
– To receive direct bookings via phone
– To sell the services of the resort as Boat Trip, Massage, Tour, sun cream, postcard, brochures, toothpaste…
– Have a strong knowledge about the services in Phu Quoc to provide tourists
– To daily report to the police on-line, off-line of guest stay at the resort
– Stock control (sun cream, postcard, toothpaste, brochures,…)
– To give all check in-out information to Restaurant, Spa, HK, Activity, Security Department
– To take the tourist to the room and introduce if required
– To receive all guest’s complaints and work closely with related departments to solve problems
– To follow the instruction of FO Manager in all working hour
– To wear uniform with name tag in the working hour
– Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
– English proficiency
– At least 01 year experience in related fields
– Hospitality certification is a plus.
