Reports to : Food and Beverage Supervisor, Food and Beverage Manager
Job Responsibilities:
– Report to work punctually and as scheduled
– Always wear correct uniform with high standard of personal grooming
– Prepare all condiments needed
– Look after all the guest needs in the restaurant for food and beverage service items
– Assisting manager & other service staff and when required
– Report to F&B Supervisors of any problem or hazardous situation
– Maintain good communication between all the cooks, stewards, waiting & bar staff
– Assist daily requisition of store items and linen
– Handover with next waiter/waitress on any information in responsible section
– Must adhere to the resort employee handbook
– Cleanliness of the working area with proper hygiene and sanitation and protection to ensure work safety and health
– Ensure all rubbish is kept separated
– Assume other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage Supervisor/Captain.

EXPERIENCE:
– Exellent oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
– Highly self-motivated
– Team player.
LANGUAGES: Exellent English and Vietnamese
– Preferably male.
