Reports to: Front Office Manager
Job Responsibilities:
– Guest information distributor in Azerai
– Handling C/I and C/O, escort the guest to the room and accommodate special requests
– Understand room status; know room location, types, room availability and room rate
– Use suggestive selling technique to sell room and activities in or out of the hotel
– Handling billing of the guest upon departure time
– Stand by at front desk
– Understand all guest activities details to inform to the guest
– Aware and take care flight tickets of the guest
– Charging of guest activities.
General Operational Duties:
– Understanding of all hotel facilities and operation times of spa & restaurant
– To always keep office area clean & tidy
– To be aware of emergency procedures and always able to take proper action
– Understand telephone courtesy
– To always be punctual and arrive at work as scheduled
– To maintain high standard of personal grooming and hygiene
– To always work closely with other Front Office staff and Front Office Manager relating to guest services
– To always maintain effective internal and external communication and make sure to handle all calls in a very courteous manner
– To ensure good teamwork amongst staff in the department
– To maintain high degree of morale within department
– To attend meeting, briefing and training as assigned by department head
– Ensure all equipment at the front desk is in order for operation
– To ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
– To assume other duties as assigned by The Front Office Manager
– Coordinate guest special request with the appropriate department
– Develop a strong knowledge of hotel facilities in or out side of the surrounding town
– Handling guest complaint, and follow up or refer to the appropriate person.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 years of experience.
– Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
– Highly self-motivated
– Team player.
LANGUAGES: Good English and Vietname
