JOB POSITION: MARKET DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Ecommerce Campaign operation: Collaborate with Team leader & E-commerce KAM to set up & monitor monthly campaign: product content & image, campaign price & scheme, stock, customer database, documents, administration & reports
– Customer Satisfaction Assurance: Support & Supervise CS team to consult customer’s information about the company, product features, prices, payment methods, and other related information received from platforms
– Competitor monitoring: Monitor competitor daily on EC & report to superiors
– Campaign Analysis: Record campaign’s performance & make related performance reports as required by superiors
– Problem-solving: Work with related teams (internal & external) to solve problems when necessary
– Expand merchandizing: Follow up procedures with Rohto Japan & related departments (Import – Export/ RA) to imported products to Vietnam for online sale & updating when needed
– Melano CC marketing campaign operation: platform management (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok), Content management (KOL, Consumer, Seeding, etc.).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor degree in Marketing Major, Logistic or related major
– Prioritize Lazada, Shopee, Tiki.. experience working
– Fluent in English
– Skilled at Microsoft Office.
