JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
– Guide the whole team toward DevSecOps culture
– Data-driven feedback loop for team continuous improvement
– Failed-safe culture
– Experiment culture
– Monitor and improve development team performance
– Monitor and improve system performance
– Building a resilient system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements:
– Experienced in day to day development tasks (working on back-end or front-end before)
– Experienced with team performance monitoring framework (Four Keys)
– Experienced with data security compliance
– Experienced with Infrastructure as code (prefer Terraform or Pulumi) and of course, excellent in bash
– Experienced with cloud computing (prefer Google Cloud) and container ecosystem
– Experienced with stress testing, chaos testing.
