JOB POSITION: JUNIOR SYSTEM ADMIN (IT HELPDESK)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Overview Job Description: 55% Helpdesk, 35% Infrastructure and 10% ISO Management
Helpdesk
– Support requests from users/customers through Service Desk
– Handle basic hardware problems for printers, laptops,…
– Working with vendors to repair, warranty or buy new IT equipment
– Work with ISP to handle external internet problems
– Update and track information on assets, purchases, access rights, IT service desk. employee onboarding/retirement information realtime
– Work with related departments such as QA, Financial Accounting, HR, Office Admin
– Handling errors and requests for software, network signal, wifi at end-user.
Infrastructure
– Operational management of Cloud platforms such as Google Workspace, Bitbucket, VPS, AWS, Desktop Central
– Network Management: Fortinet firewall, Cisco/HP Switch, Wireless Controller
– System management: VPS, Domain Controller, Access Server, DNS, Local Servers, NAS, RODC.
– Camera system management
– Daily monitor and report on systems, networks, server rooms, cameras,…
ISO Management
– Writing new/updating operating documents for ISO 27001, 9001 system
– Operate the entire IT system according to ISO 27001, 9001 standards.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
– Level Junior/Middle, or Fresher (If under requirements are met)
– Must have “services” mindset
– Strong teamwork ability
– Good communication
– Ability to withstand pressure
– Careful, ability to handle work with integrity
– Have basic knowledge of: IT Helpdesk Tier1, knowledge of computer architecture (similar to MCSA), basic computer network
– Google Workspace (or similar management platform)
– Windows Server
– MAC and Windows OS
– Document skill, good presentation skill
– English: Basic/Inter.
NICE TO HAVE
– Network knowledge (similar to CCNA)
– Fortinet Management
– ISO 27001, 9001
– Google Workspace, Cloud (AWS, Bitbucket)
– Domain Controller.
