JOB POSITION: Automation Tester

This is an amazing opportunity for an up-and-coming Automation Tester to join a leading Australian Project Management Software company based in Melbourne. You will be working with a talented team that has a broad wealth of knowledge and experience in building large-scale, complex software systems.
The product provides a full end-to-end management system, with rich features, to a large number of global customers. Being a customer-focused company we are constantly evolving the system to suit the needs of our customers via an Agile and Lean methodology – and our product roadmap is growing fast!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this role
As an Automation Tester, you will:
– Create, edit, and update automated test scripts
– Develop automation strategy and frameworks across our web, API and mobile applications
– Deliver and lead test execution activities
Promote test early practices and enable teams to deliver faster through automation.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Experience & Qualifications
– Strong Computer Science (CS) fundamentals with Bachelor’s Degree in CS (or similar technical field of study) or equivalent practical experience
– Good English skills is a plus
– Minimum 1 years development experience Javascript
– Node.js and Selenium/Cypress/Puppeteer/Jest test automation experience
– Ensure reporting reporting for tests with relevant metrics
– Experience with source control (e.g. Git)
– API automated testing experience
– Experience in CI/CD with tools such as Jenkins/Gitlab-Ci
– Exposure to Cloud environments is desirable
– Good willingness to learn new technologies required for work.
