[FRESHER] CRM BUSINESS ANALYST

VỊ TRÍ: [Fresher] CRM Business Analyst
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
– Gather, analyze, and manage to version of business requirements & analysis from business owners
– Develop end to end marketing and decision campaigns based on business requirements including data acquisition, quality assurance, testing and evaluation
– Manage to version of internal test scenarios, test cases, business pilots, training and quality assurance checklist documents
– Manage to version of technical documents from SAS Competency Center and IT
– Monitor & enhance campaign processes and execution
– Implement reporting for real-time monitoring
– Conduct coordination with relevant teams for meeting, meeting minutes, SLA, contracts … to ensure project progress smoothly
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
– Technical background (Education background: BIS, IT, MIS, etc) or working background with any IT related jobs (Business Analyst, Developer, Tester, etc). Open for fresher.
– Intermediate SQL and a good understanding of relational databases
– Intermediate English level: 6.0 IELTS, 80 Toefl iBT or 750 TOEIC, or proven during interview
– Critical & analytical thinking
