QA ENGINEER (MANUAL & AUTOMATION)/ DEVOPS ENGINEER/ SOFTWARE ENGINEER

1. QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
– Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
– Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
– Design, develop and execute automation scripts using tools
– Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
– Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
– Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
– Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
– Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities
REQUIREMENTS:
– BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
– Experience in Software Testing
– Have knowledge about Database (SQL, MySQL…) is a big plus
– Experience in both manual and Automation Testing is a plus
– Good written and verbal communication skills in English
– Has ISTQB Certificate is a big plus

2. DevOps Engineer (Junior/Fresher)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Ensure Data protection and Infrastructure Security strategies are incorporated into the development of all applications.
– Contributing to shaping DevOps practices and culture change is required for the continuous improvement of the DevOps capabilities.
– Setup of frameworks to enable Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
– Interpreting client requirements to build generic solutions that work in a multi-tenant system.
– Working quickly and accurately to achieve targets in an agile work environment.
– Interacting with clients to provide solutions to problems in a prompt and professional manner.
– Identifying and implementing processes to improve monitoring, system resource utilization, and minimize expenditure. Integrating build, deploy, test, and release processes within Cloud DevOps for rapid & robust releases.
– Practice Agile methodologies, and participate in Agile meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for large projects.
– Experience managing configuration using DevOps tooling and scripting languages (AWS / GCP / Azure cli, PowerShell).
– Experience coordinating lift and shift (on-premises to cloud and cloud-only) operations either as part of a pipeline, migration or upgrade.
– Experience in managing cloud resources (Firewall, Load Balancer, API Gateway, Redis, Web App, Database, VM).
– AWS / GCP / Azure networking.
– Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code.
– Effective communication skills in English; verbal and written.
– Technical skills: DevOps in either AWS / GCP / Azure, GitHub / GitLab, Virtualisation, Containers, Networking and Security.

3. Software Engineer (Junior/Fresher)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Join PTN Global software projects.
– Co-work with the project team to design algorithms and flowcharts.
– Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
– Integrate software components and third-party programs.
– Verify and deploy programs and systems.
– Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
– Gather and evaluate customers’ feedbacks/comments.
– Recommend and execute improvements.
– Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Degree in Software Engineering, Computer, Information Technology or relevant.
– Key Tech: ReactJS, Angular, .NET, PHP, Ruby on Rails, VueJS, ExtJS, NodeJS, AWS, Java.
– Using Git to control code version.
– Ability and willingness to learn new coding languages and technologies.
– Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, relational databases.
– Love to code and to work on English projects & willing to learn/improve English for work.
– Good communication skills.
– Good English is big plus: written and verbal.
