MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
– Respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate information such as shipment status, customs requirements, import consultation…
– Enhance service experience by exercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with each individual customer’s varying needs and demands
– Liaise with Customer Service Department and other departments on quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
– Highlight areas for improvement with suggested solutions to improve procedures, technology and service to positively enhance customer’s experience.
– Adhere to existing Customs Clearance procedures as outlined in the department manuals, while maintaining discretion to exercise flexibility to customers’ needs within reasonable limits in consultation with Clearance supervisors and managers.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
– Expected years of experience: (Minimum): 2 years experience in a Customer Contact Centre or Telesales environment in a service industry (preferable)
– University graduated, major in International Business/Economics/Law, Logistics, Export-Import and related fields.
– Experienced (Clearance Support/ Customer Service,…
– Microsoft Office skills, Email, Outlook,…
– Typing skills (at least 30 wpm preferable)
– Telephone skills (excellent)
– Conflict resolution skills (excellent)
– Technical Skills (Telephone and Clearance systems preferable)
– Communication skills – spoken and written (excellent)
– Negotiation and interpersonal skills (excellent)
– English skills – verbal and written (good)
