MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
– Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards and procedures.
– Read logbook to perform content of work.
– Welcome and friendly guests.
– Log in and update the information of guests to the system correctly.
– Take care of the lobby area, working area, equipment to ensure tidiness and cleanliness.
– Perform procedures for changing rooms for guests according to the process.
– Handling situations outside guests visiting guests staying.
– Information for the relevant department on the situation of the guests, the promotion guests are enjoying to coordinate to serve guests.
– Observe the lobby area to promptly detect suspicious events, notify the security coordinator to monitor.
– Receiving requests and complaints of customers, immediately processing the information received, if it is beyond the authority to handle,
notify the manager in the shift.
– Invite guests to rent rooms with higher prices to maximize revenue for the hotel.
– Perform other related works and at the request of superiors.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
– At least 1 year of experience working in the Lobby Section of 4 or 5-star hotels.
– Fluency in office computer and other software.
– Communication skills, good sales skills. Have a good memory.
– Understanding of social aspects in life, history, tourist attractions.
– Master the accommodation rules.
– English TOEIC or IELTS.
– Fluency in office computer and other software.
