– Tầng 9, tòa nhà Sofic, 10 Đường Mai Chí Thọ, Thủ Thiêm, Quận 2, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
– Manage and care VIP customers of E-Commerce Exchange such as: Shopee, Tiki …, promptly take and meet customers’ requirements as well as raise the VIP customers’ satisfaction.
– In charge negotiation and sign sales contracts with the VIP customers.
– Searching and developing new data’ VIP customer for the company.
– Suggest for the Board of Directors on strategies and plans to keep going on the relationship for developing and expanding the VIP Customer source.
– Familiar with processing at operate E-Commerce Exchange.
– Manage Sales support group.
– Other tasks assigned by the Sales Director & BOD.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher with major Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, Transport, Marketing …
– At least 01 years of experience working in the courier industry, managing teams and caring VIP customers.
– Have knowledge about shipping companies: DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, E-commerce Exchange….
– Good English with 4 skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.
– Excellent communication, time management, negotiation and customer service.
– Honesty, responsibility and withstanding high pressure of work.
– Can go Business trip at foreign and domestic according to job requirements.
