Full Stack Developer

Mô tả công việc

– Work with a modern team to design, develop, and deploy SaaS platforms
– Build features and APIs with Python/TypeScript, manage logic with Python/TypeScript, and occasionally dive into frontend UI
– Develop ReactJS interfaces that are responsive, clean, and user-centric
– Set up and manage AWS Amplify CI/CD pipelines
– Use AI tools to accelerate development, write smart boilerplates, and experiment with ideas
– Brainstorm and prototype AI Agents that automate workflows or decision processes
– Lead and collaborate with devs in Vietnam and business stakeholders in Australia
– Join team discussions, present solutions, and co-create the product roadmap

Yêu cầu công việc

– Has 3+ years of software development experience, ideally in SaaS products
– Loves Python and TypeScript — backend-first, but can roll up sleeves for the frontend too
– Is comfortable building modern, responsive web apps using ReactJS.
– Can deploy, optimize, and automate with AWS, especially:
– AWS Amplify (CI/CD setup, pipeline management)
– AWS CloudFront (deployment, caching, performance optimization)
– Thinks in AI-native workflows — you code with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok by default
– Is passionate about building AI Agents, automation, and low-code systems
– Has solid experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
– Believes in brainstorming, pair-thinking, co-creation—not just “task killing”
– Can lead a team, mentor devs, and own features from idea to production
– Closes the gap between business goals and engineering solutions
– Writes and speaks good English– clear, concise, and collaborative
– Communicates confidently with Australian stakeholder
