In-store Marketing Specialist

Main Responsibilities

  1. Follow up with internal (Marketing) and external team (Retail, Property) for new store opening schedule.
  2. Coordinate with internal design team to prepare marketing activities toolkit for each new store opening.
  3. Work with vendor and pharmacist to implementing POSM and deploying marketing activities for grand opening.
  4. Do paperwork & payment for vendors/suppliers.
  5. Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.
  6. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement.
  7. Strive to reach the Company’s Vision and live with our Core Values
  8. Implement other tasks at line manager assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial, Marketing
  • Good at English
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar position
  • Good knowledge of client management and project management
  • Quick learning, willing to take up challenges. Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Outstanding organizing and interpersonal skills. Detailed orientation is a must
  • Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment
  • Flexible with working time when required

Data Analysis Specialist

Job Purpose or Summary

Reporting and data analysis for Trading Medicine. Support to buyer team in all related fields.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop reporting and perform analysis for Medicine team.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, ad-hoc analysis reports about trends of sales, GP, stock, vendors performance…
  • Mapping data between market (from IQVIA)/competitors/hospitals and PMC.
  • Manage product range and store’s assortment (Core, Non-core)
  • Coordinate activities with other divisions (Hub, product range of store near hospital, Medicine committee)
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, information management, or related field
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in data analysis (experience in Retail is an advantage)
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst in the retail/pharmacy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Data Analysis Leader

Job Purpose or Summary

A Data Analysis Leader is responsible of collecting, maintaining, analyzing data to support Medicine Trading team to improve the category sales and profit following the company’s plan and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

1. Be a member of the Medicine committee: support data analysis

2. Be in charge of overseeing the medicine product range: Core and Non-core.

  • Core: evaluate quarterly along with IQVIA market data to propose new essential core medicine and remove inappropriate products.
  • Non-core: control store’s assortment. Actively intervene and advise the pharmacy when detecting abnormalities. Work closely with Retail and Demand Planning in operating non-core tools.
  • Take the helm of any initiative involving the product range, including planning, monitoring stock deliveries, and assessing sales result.
  • Administrate assortment & all data in system AX, Relex, BI,….

3. Finding and controlling the ideal product selection for the perfect store, region, or cluster…

4. Tracking near-expired stock. Using Relex’s data and forecasts to transfer slow-moving stock by store by item in the most efficient way. Helps to quickly process inventory and minimize shortages for sale in stores with real needs.

5. Develop reporting and perform analysis for the Medicine team.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc analysis reports about trends of sales, gross profit, stock, vendor performance…
  • Work with the BI team to create any report and visualization on the system when the team needed.
  • Create new templates according to buyer’s needs to serve their projects well.

6. Mapping data between Pharmacity and IQVIA, competitors, hospitals.

7. Interpret and explain complex data to employees so as to carry everybody along and for purposes of clarity/verification.

Data entry team management

  • Supervise the daily activities of data entry team who input records, lists, or other data points to OMS.
  • Responsible for directing and allocating work to staff, as well as monitoring and evaluating their work.

Senior Product Owner

Summary:

The Senior Product Owner  for eCommerce Systems will oversee and optimize various facets of the eCommerce platform, including order, product, promotion, payment, vendor, …. management. This role combines strategic product ownership with detailed business analysis to ensure the eCommerce system meets business goals and provides a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical acumen, business insight, and excellent communication skills. In charge of Backend Product of Digital of Pharmacity, including Applications and Websites, from market analysis, product strategy analysis, digital e-commerce strategy, KPIs optimization, digital partnership development, UI/UX analysis with UX expert, e-com delivery planning, launching and continuous optimization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Document and communicate the requirements to the development team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (finance, marketing, tech, retail, customer services…) to understand and document business requirements for eCommerce initiatives. Conduct market research to stay abreast of eCommerce trends and competitor activities.
  • Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry. Analyze current eCommerce systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. Ensure that the eCommerce platform is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the online shopping experience. Work with UX/UI designers to ensure that the eCommerce platform is user-friendly and visually appealing. Implement best practices for shopping experiences.
  • Lead eCommerce projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure project success. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Familiar with popular Product management tools, familiar with Agile/Scum culture and working process

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experiences with Digital Businesses, experience as Product Manager / Product Owner is a plus.
  • Overall understanding ecommerce market and digital business in the fast-growing domain in Vietnam and region.
  • Growth hacking mindset with logical/strategical thinking.
  • Be an expert about Customer Experiences, Customer journey, innovative UI/UX.
  • General knowledges about Technical, eCommerce… is a big plus.
  • Familiar with ecommerce system and understand how do they work together.
