Call Center Staff

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shift-based working time, 1 day OFF per week: 7:00-15:30; 13:30-22:00
  • Provide accurate and satisfactory answers to customer queries/ concerns via phone, email, webchat, livestream, Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok and other social media interactions within service level agreement
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Make follow-up calls to inform customers about further response or checking to make sure all their issues are successfully handled
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics, understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
  • Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Complete all required training courses to expand knowledge and performance level
  • Support stores and other departments in matters related to Customer Services
  • Support Marketing team in calling customer when they are winner for lucky draw scheme
  • Do survey via calling to better understand customer insight and behavior
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
  • Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards
  • Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement
  • Implement other tasks at line manager assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or call center
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Willing to work with flexible time to meet the work requirements
  • Pharmaceutical knowledge is a plus

Operation Online Staff

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shift-based working time, 1 day OFF per week.
    Shift 1: 7:00 – 15:30
    Shift 2: 13:30 – 22:00
  • Check and process orders from customers.
  • Check the availability of product in warehouse or store, approve the order on the system to deliver to client.
  • Follow up with order to ensure it’s done and delivered as commit time.
  • Work closely with shipping parties to handle order well.
  • Report to Supervisor and Manager for any abnormality.
  • Other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
  • Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good command of MS. Office (word, excel, power-point), software such as AX, BI
  • At least 01 year of working experience in an equivalent position
  • Good at using computer/ software.
  • Good at drawing up effective working plans.
  • High responsibilities and good personal skills and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work under high pressures
  • Willing to work with flexible time to meet the work requirements
