Job Location: Cần Thơ, Vietnam

Responsibilities:

  • Assembling and leading the project teams.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
  • Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products’ performance.
  • Able to work with multiple projects at the same time
  • Coaching and mentoring our engineers to reach their full potential.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Managing project deliverables and reporting directly to PTN management team.

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in IT with excellent IT technical background.
  • Ability to learn and direct the delivery teams for software solutions with up-to-date technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in dealing with overseas customers
  • Proven experience in building up a team from scratch, including seeking candidates from their own network, interviewing, hiring, mentoring, training, management…
  • Experiences in delivery of managed IT projects
  • Experiences with Agile SCRUM methodology, tailoring Agile process, reporting…
  • Experiences in software development proposal, prototyping, or proof of concept.
