Job summary

You’ll be at the heart of our technological evolution, working closely with diverse business units to transform their requirements into cutting-edge solutions. Leveraging an array of tools from Shopify Apps to OpenAI, and integrating platforms across the social media spectrum including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, your work will redefine our user experiences and streamline processes.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop and optimize automation systems and tools to boost operations, elevate efficiency, and minimize costs.
• Seamlessly integrate disparate systems and software, augmenting functionality and user engagement.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to decipher their needs, delivering strategic technical solutions.
• Offer robust technical support and training, empowering users with the knowledge to leverage new automation tools and systems.
• Rigorously test and refine automation systems and tools to ensure superior quality and performance.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of automation processes and protocols, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Continuously explore and assess emerging automation technologies and methodologies, keeping us at the technological vanguard.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive automation and integration solutions, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Demonstrates a fervent passion and a rich background in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT and Gemini, along with advanced e-commerce solutions like TikTok Shop, utilizing platforms including ElevenLabs and OpenAI, into product environments to enhance user engagement and drive innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate and optimize a broad range of systems and software, with experience in social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) being highly desirable.
• Fluent in English communication (Written and Spoken).
• A commitment to physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle can run at least 20km/week.

Salary and Benefits

• 7.000.000 VND – 11.000.000 VND per month + incentive based on performance (negotiable depending on your experience) > Total Income Can Be: 25.000.000 VND – 30.000.000 VND per month.
