Job summary

We’re hiring a Packaging Designer to help make a product appealing to potential buyers through its packaging. The duties include selecting typefaces, colors, and illustrations for the packaging, using digital illustration and layout computer software to draft and create designs. This position will work with Product R&D and Marketing teams to finalize the packaging of products for our brands.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product R&D team to design patterns, packaging, boxes, and product labels for supplement according to the management’s plan
  • Update trends and propose options for selecting designs, materials, and colors for the company’s cosmetic product packaging
  • Work with printing units and packaging suppliers to complete the product from design to actual finished product
  • Coordinate with the product development team to research the packaging and designs of competitors, thereby coming up with more unique design ideas.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for those experienced in packaging design for companies in Supplements, Cosmetics, etc.
  • Possession of a modern packaging design aesthetic and mindset; knowledge of printing, materials, and packaging within the beauty/fast consumer goods industry.
  • Proficiency in using design tools (AI, PTS)
  • Capability to collaborate with printing houses
  • Skills in research and improvement of product packaging; skills in designing 3D product models
  • Fluent in English communication (Written and Spoken), with an IELTS score above 7.0 or equivalent.
  • A commitment to physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle, can run at least 20km/week.

Salary and Benefits

  • 15.000.000 VND – 17.000.000 VND per month + incentive based on performance (negotiate) > Total Income Can Be: 20.000.000 VND – 25.000.000 VND per month
